Prices
Prices are listed per boat and per person in US Dollars and Cambodian Riels. MareAstra reserves the right to adjust prices before booking confirmation in response to changes in market conditions, such as fuel price increases.
Payment
A booking deposit is required at the time of reservation, and the balance of the tour price must be paid before boat departure. A sales receipt and booking confirmation will be sent to you.
Availability
Tours listed on this website are subject to availability and may be changed without prior notice. The tour is confirmed once your full payment is received, and we have sent you a tax invoice and booking confirmation.
Force Majeure
MareAstra cannot be held responsible for tour cancellations or itinerary changes due to force majeure events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, epidemics, or other emergencies. In such cases, we offer alternative dates or refunds, if feasible.
Tour Itinerary
MareAstra reserves the right to adjust the itinerary whenever necessary for the comfort, convenience, and safety of the clients. We will make every effort to maintain the tour content, even if the order of activities may change.
What’s Included
The range of included services is detailed in our brochures, on our website, and in the MareAstra booking confirmation. Changes to individual elements in the tour package are possible as long as they do not significantly alter the overall tour experience. MareAstra reserves the right to adjust the route before the tour starts.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure date and time or in cases of no-show: no refund will be issued. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the departure date and time: a refund of 50% of the Booking Deposit will be issued.

If the client is unable to complete the tour or access services included in the price for reasons outside their or the tour operator’s control, no refund will be issued.
Responsibility
MareAstra is responsible for providing services according to local standards and as described in its brochures. However, the company is not responsible for clients’ personal safety and cannot be held liable for incidents occurring during tour participation. MareAstra disclaims all responsibility and liability (including negligence) for any expenses, losses, damages, accidents, injuries, and costs you may incur as a result of joining our tour.
Safety
We cannot accommodate guests with back or neck injuries, broken bones, pregnant women, heart conditions, or any other medical issues that may be affected by a boat ride. Our trip is not suitable for children under 5 or for guests with severe mobility restrictions. While your safety is our concern, it is ultimately your responsibility.
Release and Waiver
Every tour participant is required to sign a waiver before the tour begins. Although we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, we strongly recommend following crew instructions and adhering to safety guidelines.
Photo and Video Rights
During the tour, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. By participating, you agree to allow MareAstra to use any images containing your likeness in our marketing materials. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in advance.
Data Privacy
MareAstra respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Contact details and personal data provided during booking will be used exclusively for tour organization purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Acceptance of Terms
